WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Dear Homeowner,

The Spring Branch Civic Association welcomes you to our neighborhood. Spring Branch Civic Association is a civic organization that covers the area from Oak Tree on the east, to Gessner on the west, Katy Freeway on the south, and Long Point on the north. Our annual dues are $20. The subdivisions we represent are Spring Branch Woods, Sections 1, 2 & 3, Century Oaks, Bunker Hill Forest, Sections 1 & 2, Long Point Woods, Sections 1, 2 & 3, and Spring Manor Townhouses. If you would like to join the Spring Branch Civic Association or just simply be included in our email distribution please email us at [email protected]

Twice a year we hold a social at Woodview Elementary, Spark Park , one in the spring, is our ice cream social, and one in the fall, is our hot dog social. This is a great place to meet your neighbors and make new friends in the immediate area. We also enforce deed restrictions such as front setback violations and the operation of businesses through the help of the Houston Police Department, Neighborhood Protection and the City of Houston Legal Department . Newsletters are distributed by hand each quarter. Look for them on your doorknob, usually printed on green paper. Our annual meeting for the area residents is held early each year in either February or March.

We have a wonderful private pool in the neighborhood located at the corner of Pine Lake and Witte Rd , called Spring Board Pool. An annual pool membership is required to swim there at reasonable rates. The Spring Board Pool also has grounds with a volley ball court, basket ball court, baby pool, bar-be-cue pits, picnic tables, restrooms and 2 full time lifeguards on duty at all times. Competition swim teams for children of all ages are available during the summer season. It is also a good way to meet neighbors and make new friends. Call 713 973-1410 or e-mail info@springboardcivicpool to join the pool.

Our goals are to enhance the quality of life in our area by making it a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Please join us in making a difference in our community. Trash pick up is Friday every week and heavy trash pick up is the fourth Thursday of each month (not necessarily the last Thursday of the month).
